This hands-on workshop addresses how electric vehicle charging networks are planned and operated. It covers key pre-investment choices such as network layout, business models, charger type, site location, and power sizing, as well as post-implementation operation, focusing on operational strategies, KPIs, user experience, pricing, demand growth, and long-term cash flow. The content integrates technical, operational, and market perspectives, drawing on real projects operating in Brazil and Latin America.

With the latest editions of the NR-10 and ABNT NBR 16384 standards, electrical safety in installations now plays an even more relevant role. This session examines regulatory requirements and engineering best practices for their implementation.
